An active weather pattern up north will bring a series of warm ups and cool downs to the area over the next few days. The cold wont' be severe, but we will need to watch for some 30s in our northern counties Tuesday and Wednesday nights, A brief warm up by Thursday only lasts through Friday, followed by cooler air for Gasparilla and the weekend.
Today: Partly cloudy skies with warm temperatures in the mid 70s. Winds will blow NNW 10-15 mph with a 10% chance for a sprinkle.
Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy skies as a cold front moves through. Cooler with lows in the mid 50s in Tampa, upper 40 Hernando County northward. Winds will be N 10 mph.
Tuesday: Cooler with highs only in the 60s. Skies will start cloudy, but turn sunny in the afternoon. Winds will blow NNW 15 mph.
