It's a sunny afternoon but temperatures have not budged all day. The cooler air is moving in quickly on the NW winds that will be gusting into the 20s this afternoon. Temperatures will basically stay in the 50s to low 60s today and fall to the 30s and 40s tonight.
There is a Freeze Watch in effect tonight for Hernando and Citrus counties where temperatures will dip to the low to mid 30s. Tampa will dip to the low 40s.
Sunshine continues through the weekend and after 60s tomorrow and one more cold night, we will warm up to the low 70s both Saturday and Sunday.
Today: Sunny, breezy and cool. Winds NNW 15-20, afternoon temperatures in the low 60s.
Tonight: Clear and cold with lows in the low 40s in Tampa, low 30s Hernando northward. Freeze Watch for Hernando and Citrus counties into tomorrow morning. Winds decease to NNW 10 mph.
Friday: Sunny and cool. Highs in the mid 60s with winds NNW 10 mph.
