St. Petersburg, Florida -- The man who robbed two banks in the past two days was arrested around 7 p.m. Feb. 27.
St. Petersburg Police detectives in partnership with the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Erik Michael Durkin at Nadiya's Cabaret without incident.
Durkin has been charged with the robbery of the SunTrust Bank at 3601 34 Street North on Feb. 25 and the TD Bank at 425 22 Avenue North on Feb. 26.

It does not appear that Durkin was in any way associated with bank robbery suspect Michael Ingram who was arrested yesterday morning in connection with two other bank robberies.
