Spring Hill, Florida-- A grow house operation bust Wednesday in Spring Hill resulted in two arrests, and the seizure of nearly 35 pounds of marijuana Wednesday.
According to reports, Hernando Sheriff's Vice and Narcotics detectives searched a home off the 10000 block of Gifford Dr. and found that three rooms had been converted into marijuana grow rooms.
Officials reportedly seized a total of 42 plants and four pounds of loose marijuana material called "shake"- coming to a grand total of just over 33 pounds of pot.
Reports say detectives also discovered the grow house was running on stolen electricity from an illegally placed power line tap.
Yaneris Barbara Perez, 39, and Eduardo Cabeza, 37, were arrested charged for cultivating and trafficking marijuana, operating the grow house, petit theft, trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both have a bond of over $25,000.
