Dogs found neglected as part of a large animal hoarding case are are making their way to the Bay from Mississippi to begin a new life.

 

Largo, Florida-- Dogs found neglected as part of a large animal hoarding case are are making their way to the Bay from Mississippi to begin a new life.

Officials say 23 pups were seized inside a mobile home in Stone County, and are set to arrive Friday morning at the SPCA Tampa Bay in Largo.

Local authorities say over 100 dogs of various breeds were taken from the home.

Most of the dogs are said to be two to four-month-old lab and terrier puppies.

The animals will be available for adoption following a thorough medical examination.
