Wesley Chapel, Florida -- A woman allegedly became so upset by someone not yielding to pedestrians while pulling into a parking lot, she took out her rage on that person's car... and even left a Post-it note explaining why.
Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say that around noon on May 17, Debra Streets was leaving the Publix in the 1900 block of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard when she found a note on her windshield.
The note read: "Hey, I keyed your car. You didn't stop for pedestrians as is law. Since no cop to enforce a ticket, this should cover the cost of your fine. Have a good day. P.S. Don't be a d*** next time."
When she inspected her car, Streets noticed long deep scratch marks on the passenger side. The hood was also keyed with what appeared to be a penis-shaped figure, according to the police report.
Streets went back into the Publix and called police. When deputies arrived, they spoke with the store's customer service manager, who told them a woman wearing a black shirt, jeans, and what appeared to be a dog collar around her neck had come in asking for a Post-it note. She then wrote something on the note and walked out.
Surveillance video showed the woman, later identified as Natasha Myers, walk in and go to the customer service counter, just as Streets was in the checkout line. Myers is then seen writing the note and then walking out, just one minute before Street leaves with her groceries.
Myers, 22, was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony criminal mischief over $1,000.
Streets told police she didn't have a confrontation with anyone, nor did she see any pedestrians walking when she pulled into the parking lot.
