Charlotte, N.C. (WBTV) -- A Charlotte mother is teaching her son a lesson... by having him
arrested after he stole her Pop-Tarts.
According to a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police report, officers were
called to a home along the 500-block of Goldstaff Lane, in Charlotte's
Steele Creek area.
When officers arrived around 6:15 p.m. Monday, the 37-year-old woman told officers to arrest her juvenile son.
According to the report, the boy "stole Pop-Tarts belonging to his mother at their home."
The police narrative states that the mother has been having ongoing
discipline issues with her son and decided to teach him a lesson in this
