DUNDEE, Fla. (AP) — A 7-month-old boy and 7-year-old girl are identified as the other children killed in a head-on crash in Polk County earlier this week.

Justice Bernard and sister Eliscia Bernard were killed along with the driver, 28-year-old Demetrick Goldwire, in a crash on U.S. 27 early Monday. Goldwire's 8-year-old son, Booker Graham, also died. [Full Story]

Goldwire's daughters 10-year-old Aizhani Graham and 19-month-old Azear Blanchard were seriously injured.

The Florida Highway Patrol says Goldwire was driving home from visiting her boyfriend when she lost control of her SUV and spun into the path of a tractor-trailer.

FHP says her boyfriend is the father of Justice and Eliscia. Goldwire was the mother of Justice, but not Eliscia.
