Sickles improves to 3-0 after 27-7 Victory over Newsome

Lithia, Florida-- After a one hour rain delay the Newsome Wolves took on the Sickles Gryphons in Lithia Thursday, and the visitors wasted little time in this one as they quickly marched down the field for an early score.  

Quarterback Issac Holder found a wide open Jaaron Barrett down the sidelines to put sickles up 7-0.

Then before the first half was over, Sickles added a pair of field goals to take a 13-0 lead. 

In the third quarter running back Ray Ray McCloud burst one 67-yards to put Sickles up 20-0. Then Sickles added another 3rd quarter touchdown as Holder connected with Brandon Washington from 2-yards out.

In the fourth quarter, Newsome finally got on the scoreboard with as QB Spencer Preston aired it out 25-yard touchdown to Tyson Mills.  Sickles went on to win this one 27-7, and improved to 3-0 on the year.
