Dunn contends he shot

into an argument over loud music at a south side gas station.

turn down the music coming from their SUV, but that Davis was
antagonizing and threatening his life verbally.
Dunn also testified Davis displayed the barrel of what he said was a shotgun from the window of the SUV.
state argues Davis was not threatening a life because no weapon was
ever found at the scene and that Dunn was challenging the teenager.

said he hopes to have read jury instructions by 4:30 p.m. so
deliberations can begin.
It will be up to the panel of Dunn's peers to decide how long they wish to deliberate Wednesday afternoon.
