Tampa, Florida - It took a jury less than two hours to hold a Brandon woman accountable for the murder of her brother in law, who was also one of her lovers.

24-year-old Victoria Jackson showed no reaction after the jury found her guilty of first degree premeditated murder, armed kidnapping and armed carjacking.

Her brother in law, 39-year-old Jeffrey Dampier was a lottery winner who owned Kassie's Gourmet Popcorn in Channelside. He was found shot dead in his van in Seffner in July of 2005.

The prosecutor says Victoria Jackson fired the fatal shot after her boyfriend Nathaniel Jackson and her sister robbed Dampier.

Victoria Jackson's attorney argued Nathaniel forced her to kill Dampier.

Kenneth Littman, Defense Attorney:
“He hands the pistol that's in evidence to Victoria with a very simple order. Shoot him or I'll shoot you.”
Jalal Harb, Prosecutor :
“This is a case where Victoria and Nathaniel had no more use for Jeffrey Dampier.”

After the guilty verdicts, the judge sentenced Victoria Jackson to three life terms in prison, to be served concurrently.

Her boyfriend, Nathaniel Jackson is scheduled for trial next month.
