Citrus County calculates storm damage at $102M

Citrus County officials say Hurricane Hermine caused $102 million in damages, with more than 2,600 properties damaged by the storm.

The county’s Division of Emergency Management released the Initial Individual Assistance (IA) Damage Assessment that was conducted by both the County and City of Crystal River. 

Emergency Management documented 2,694 homes and properties that were affected with a total loss of $31,617,421.
