4th suspect charged in Army vet's death

St. Petersburg, Florida -- St. Pete Police detectives have arrested a fourth suspect in connection with the May 10 death of Army veteran Floyd Lassiter.

Detectives say they believe 19-year-old Jacques Hodges, of Gulfport, was driving the getaway vehicle that the three others charged in the case used to drive to and from the scene of the deadly shooting. The vehicle in question is owned by Hodges' grandfather and he reportedly did have permission to use the car.

He has been charged with being an accessory to first degree murder.

Detectives have already charged Shirune Green, his juvenile brother and Jahrez Walker. They do not anticipate any further arrests in the case.
