Hernando teacher accused of inappropriately touching student

A Hernando County automotive teacher is accused of inappropriately touching an adult education student last week.

According to our partner TBO.com, Kevin Thomas Moglia, 61, an auto mechanics instructor at Nature Coast Technical High School, touched the 19-year-old male student on Nov. 6. Deputies reviewed classroom surveillance video and arrested Moglia on Nov. 30 on a charge of misdemeanor battery.

TBO.com said Moglia poked the student's butt crack.

The victim said he left the classroom immediately to notify school administrators. He called the sheriff's office the next day.
