Landlord robs and ties up residents

NEW PORT RICHEY - Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrested a man after they say he robbed and tied up his tenants' residents and stole pills.

Officers responded to the 8000 block of Fern Street in New Port Richey in reference to an armed home invasion. The victims say their landlord, Lynn Vineyard, 60, came into their residence wearing a ski mask, armed with a handgun and demanded oxycodone pills. The suspect also zip-tied two of the females' wrists. A third male victim, who is bedridden was not tied up by the suspect.

The suspect fled the residence with the pills and a collector's Abraham Lincoln bill. 

The suspect admitted to going to the victims’ residence with a gun, wearing a mask and stealing the items. The suspect was arrested and transported to jail.
