A Tampa lawyer is accused of having sex with two inmates at the Pinellas County Jail.

CLEARWATER, Fla. – The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Tampa lawyer who is accused of exposing himself to a female inmate at the Pinellas County Jail and soliciting sexual favors from her.

Andrew Bennett Spark, 54, is charged with exposure of sexual organs, soliciting for prostitution and possession of contraband in a county detention facility.

An arrest affidavit states Spark visited the Pinellas County Jail with the female inmate on Sunday. Spark offered to give the inmate money in exchange for sexual favors, according to the affidavit.

Spark also entered the jail with his iPad without giving the jail advice notice or receiving consent. Sheriff’s deputies said the device was used “to record a sexual act with the female inmate.”

Deputies arrested Spark around 3:40 p.m. Sunday.

Records show Spark posted $5,300 bond for the three charges.
