USF coach charged with DUI

Tampa, Florida -- A USF defensive line assistant coach was charged with a DUI on Saturday night.

Eric Mathies was arrested near Hyde Park Avenue and Platt Street and charged with driving under the influence. According to his bio on the Bulls website he has been coaching with USF since January 2013. Previous to coaching at USF he coached the defensive line for eight seasons at WKU.
