School bus crash in Ruskin sends several to the hospital

Ruskin, Florida - Hillsborough County emergency crews and Sheriff's deputies are on the scene of a school bus crash in Ruskin.

A bus from Shields Middle School was involved in the accident. Responders say 10 children were on the bus and several are being transported to the hospital.

Medical workers say the children's injuries are minor and they are being transported as a precaution.

The crash happened on 21^st Street SE at 6^th Avenue.
