Todd "M.J." Schnitt (left) and Bubba "The Love Sponge" Clem (right) appear in a Hillsborough courtroom. Schnitt has filed a defamation lawsuit, saying Clem made offensive comments about him and his wife.
Tampa, Florida -- It is now week three of the MJ v. Bubba trial, where two radio hosts are battling it out in court. But it's the theatrics outside the courtroom that have taken center stage as of late.

Last week, the trial took a sharp turn into soap opera land when Todd "MJ" Schnitt's attorney, Phil Campbell, was arrested for DUI after drinking at hot-spot Malio's. Campbell was drinking that night with a paralegal from the firm representing Bubba.
The question is, was it a set up? Did the pretty paralegal set up Campbell by buying him drinks and flirting with him?
Bubba's team asked for a mistrial on Monday, but the judge denied it.
Greg Hearing, an attorney for Bubba said, "We do not believe he can get a fair trial." Hearing said that media coverage was too intense.
MJ's attorneys have now rested their case and it's now Bubba's team's turn.
The former CEO of Clear Channel, Randy Michaels, also took the stand Monday, testifying for Bubba's team by saying that Bubba's on-air personality is just for shtick and calls it "hyperbole."
Audio was played where Bubba said, "I won't be happy until there's an MJ funeral in the streets."
Michaels said that there's no way anyone from the "Bubba Army" would take this statement seriously to cause harm. MJ claims in this trial that he and his wife were subject to intense harassment.
Phil Campbell, MJ's attorney, began questioning the former CEO of Clear Channel by late afternoon. Audio was played from Bubba's show where he called MJ the p- word and a b---ch. Michaels testified called some of the audio played, "a funhouse mirror."
