'The Price is Right' host Drew Carey offers a reassuring hand to the Tacoma, Wash., woman who just won an Audi R8 on the show
(USA TODAY) -- If you haven't checked in on CBS' The Price Is Right in a while, you may be in for a shock. The stakes on the daytime game show have been raised considerably.
Monday, the show gave away its most valuable prize ever -- a $157,300
sports supercar, according to CBS. Sheree Heil from Tacoma, Wash., goes
wild when she picks the correct amount in a game called "Gas Money" and
wins the Audi R8 Spyder. It comes with a V-8 engine and Audi's Quattro
As host Drew Carey declares her the winner, Heil
takes a couple victory laps around the stage, hugs the model and climbs
into the passenger seat of the shiny black convertible. At least her
enthusiasm mirrors the value of the prize.
