MIAMI BEACH (CBS4) - A Georgia man has been arrested for allegedly taping women at the Fontainebleau Hotel while they changed into swimsuits for a beauty pageant.
Ronald Keith Rolfes, 31, has been charged with one count of Video Voyeurism.
According to the arrest affidavit, on June 17, a woman in the changing area noticed a camera pointed in the direction of the women changing into swimwear for the 2012 Hooters International Pageant.

The woman then snapped a picture of the camera set up with her phone, then left the area to find a security guard.
Miami Beach police officers, at the hotel responding to an unrelated incident, were approached by the woman.
The officers then went to the changing area and reportedly found that the camera led back to Rolfes.
Rolfes reportedly claimed the equipment was his, and that he had nothing to do with the pageant. According to the affidavit, he admitted to a male officer on the scene that he recorded the women without their knowledge or consent and told the officer, "Man to man, I did it because I've never had a girlfriend."
Rolfes is being held on $1000 bond.
Visitors to the hotel were stunned.
"It's clearly an invasion of privacy, it's unfortunate that someone would do something like that," said tourist Hubert Watson. "I feel sorry for the young ladies who were violated."
