Ocala, Florida -- A farm hand who claims he gets aroused when animals are in heat and mating got caught with his pants down -- literally -- with a female donkey on Aug. 15.

The arrest report says a man delivering a horse to the farm he rents caught Carlos Romero without a shirt and his pants around his ankles pressed up against the back of the donkey in a tack room and appeared to be having sex with it. When Romero spotted the witness, he stepped away from the donkey and pulled up his pants.
Romero told Marion County detectives when the donkey is in heat, he will stand behind her, scratch her withers and masturbate and that he "likes the way her fur feels" on his privates. He admitted to doing this five or six times and that "Florida is a backwards state and people frown on zoophilia here."

An Ocala.com story reports Romero has always felt an attraction toward animals, especially horses, because humans are known to "stab you in the back, give you diseases, lie to you" and are "promiscuous."
Romero, 31, was arrested on a warrant Monday, Sept. 17 and charged with Sexual Activity Involving an Animal.
