A cold front moves through the area today with just a few showers and storms. It will eventually usher in cooler and drier air for the weekend. Highs will only reach the low 80s and on Sunday morning there will be widespread temperatures in the 50s with some upper 40s in our northern cool areas!
The forecast is dry for the weekend with only an isolated shower or two by Wednesday as the humidity begins to creep back up.
Today: Partly sunny with a few scattered showers, rain chance 20%. Winds will blow SE-W 10 mph with highs in the mid 80s.
Tonight: Isolated showers end by midnight, followed by cooler and drier air moving in. Lows will dip to the mid 60s to near 70 at the beach.
Marine Forecast: Winds S-W 10 kts with seas 1-2' and a light chop on the bay. Winds and seas will increase from the NE Sunday into next week. Winds will blow 15-20 kts with seas 2-4' and advisories are likely.
