More of the same today with a hot afternoon and scattered showers. Rain chances will be running near 50% today and tomorrow, but a cold front will sink through area through Wednesday. This will help to spark our afternoon storms today and tomorrow, but it will bring some drier air to the region for Thursday and Friday. Rain chances will decrease until Sunday when some tropical moisture from the Gulf of Mexico will bring a good chance for rain.
Tuesday: Sunny skies for the morning, and mild with a low temperature of 75 degrees. Hot, partly cloudy afternoon with high temperatures around 92 degrees. 50% coverage of thunderstorms after 3pm lasting through 7pm. East winds expected around 5-15mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, quiet weather. Winds will be light so watch for just a patch or two f fog. Lows in the low top mid 70s.
Wednesday: Wake up temperatures of 75 degrees, and partly cloudy. Partly cloudy late morning, to early afternoon with high temperatures around 91 degrees. 60% coverage of thunderstorms after 2pm lasting through 8pm. East winds expected around 5-15mph.
