Pinellas County, FL – Women struggle to find time to exercise after a baby and often don’t feel comfortable leaving them at gym daycares. StrollerFit classes allow moms to exercise with other moms and their children. You can try the class for free this month! Check out StrollerFit’s press release below.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Free 50 minute StrollerFit class, snacks & games for the kids, plus fitness testing & measurements for moms! Please bring water for yourself, a towel or blanket for abs and any stroller.

The class combines cardio & strength training for mom, developmental interactions for the kids, as well as a wonderful environment to meet new friends.
