Tampa, Florida -- It all started with a bang! Thousands packed Channelside to celebrate the birth of the United States of America but in downtown Tampa, it all comes with international flair!
In attendance you could find people from Brazil, Australia, Argentina and England. They came from around the globe and around the nation.
Sandra is from New York City: "This is my first time seeing the fireworks in Tampa, and I'm really excited."
Anastasia is from Miami: "I really like it! it's really nice here. I love the energy. I love seeing all the people."
They come to celebrate and have some fun, have some food, and a little bit of sizzle, USA style.
But of course, the kids always know best. Little Lauren tells it like it is. "It's a holiday, and I got off of school!"
It all wrapped up with a cacophonous blitz of bangs and bombs, because after all, Americans like it loud.
