Ybor City, Florida - Gaspar's Grotto has been in the heart of Ybor City for about eight years. You will be surprised by the fact that this pirate bar serves the best Cuban sandwich in town, according to the October edition of Southern Living Magazine.

Whether you sit outside in the open air patio or decide to sit  inside, you will be surrounded by plenty of pirate memorabilia, Gaspar's wants you to drink and be marry.

You would expect to get your normal pub grub here, but Chef Craig has added his spin on traditional dishes and introduced a few that you normally would not see in a bar.

And back by popular demand, Gaspar's Grotto has started up its Sunday Brunch, which has a large selection of seafood as well as traditional breakfast items, served with champagne and your choice of eight different types of juices.

Smoked Fish Dip, sweet hot pickle slaw, captain's wafers.

House Made Guacamole crushed to order, tortilla chips.

Deviled Crab, crystal she crab sauce.

Latin Quarter Whipped Bacalao, grilled Cuban toasts.

Grotto Coquilles St. Jacques, piquillo peppers, black olives, Willy's orange dust.

Jamaican Rare Seared Tuna Escovitch, scotch bonnet pickled vegetables, spiced butter.

Grilled Chicken & Chorizo Swords, black bean mango salad, rum runner glaze.

Charred Plank Flank, bird chile kim chi, sesame mayonnaise, lettuce leaves.

Iced Shellfish Dingy, shrimp, clams, crab legs, grilled lemon, Tabasco butter.
