Crimes against children

Jerrold C. Dunning is wanted for his alleged involvement in lewd activities with a child under the age of 16, in St. Petersburg, Florida from 1996 to 1998. Dunning was arrested on October 14, 1998, and subsequently released on bond. His trial was scheduled for June 29, 1999, but he failed to appear in court.

Dunning was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior upon a child, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest by the Circuit Court, Pinnellas County, Florida on June 29, 1999. A federal warrant was issued subsequently by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, after Dunning was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

William Lee Copp is a former junior Olympics gymnastics coach and a member of the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame (trampoline and tumbling). In the United States, Copp has lived in Cleveland, Ohio, and Sarasota and Venice, Florida.

Copp has traveled extensively throughout the world and has contacts worldwide due to his involvement in international gymnastics competitions. He reportedly has expressed interest in traveling to Panama and Colombia. Copp is believed to have lived in Maro, Spain, and most recently in the area of Nerja in Malaga, on the southern coast of Spain. He is known to stay in hostels throughout Spain.

CAUTION: William Lee Copp is wanted for child pornography offenses which occurred from the late 1990s through 2004, in Englewood, Florida. Copp is alleged to have used his credit card to subscribe to a web site which allowed him to access child pornography. Copp allegedly downloaded child pornography and saved it to his computer and disks.

Copp was charged in a 126-count criminal complaint and capias by the 12th Judicial Circuit Court, State of Florida, for obscene material possession-possessing a photograph of the sexual performance by a child (child pornography) in violation of Florida State statute. Copp was scheduled to appear for a court proceeding on February 2, 2006, in Sarasota County, Florida, however, he failed to appear. He also was scheduled to appear for his trial on February 6, 2006, at the Circuit Court, Sarasota, Florida, however, he failed to appear again. On February 7, 2006, a state warrant was issued for his arrest.

In addition, a federal arrest warrant was issued on February 24, 2006, by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, after Copp was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Violent Crimes

Amparo Altagracia Montas Hernandez and her son, Eddy Vasquez, are wanted for harboring illegal aliens and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. It is alleged that Montas Hernandez operated a number of brothels in Southwest Florida which were staffed by Latin American females who were illegal aliens. The Federal Bureau of Investigation received information that Montas Hernandez sometimes staffed the brothels with Latin American females who were indebted to coyotes (human smugglers), and Montas Hernandez sometimes paid the debts and made the females work off the debts as prostitutes. Vasquez was alleged to have handled the day-to-day operations of one of the brothels and collected money from the doorman at this brothel.

On August 17, 2005, a Federal Grand Jury in the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division, indicted Amparo Altagracia Montas Hernandez and Eddy Vasquez for harboring illegal aliens. Both had an initial appearance before a United States Magistrate Judge and were released on bond. Both were required to report to a Pretrial Release Officer while out on bond.

On September 19, 2005, the Pretrial Release Officer was notified that Montas Hernandez and Vasquez fled from the area. On September 22, 2005, a United States Magistrate Judge issued warrants for the arrests of Montas Hernandez and Vasquez for violation of conditions of release. The Federal Bureau of Investigation received information that both fled from the United States. On October 12, 2005, a Federal Grand Jury in the Middle District of Florida indicted Montas Hernandez and Vasquez for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

On August 16, 2003, Gregorio and Rodolfo Flores-Albarran allegedly shot five people outside a local bar. Four of the victims died as a result of their gunshot wounds.

On August 22, 2003, state arrest warrants were issued by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Hendry County, Florida, after Gregorio and Rodolfo Flores-Albarran were charged with murder. The Flores-Albarran brothers were subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and federal arrest warrants were issued by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division, on October 10, 2003.

Seeking Information:

Robert Arthur Wiles disappeared from Lakeland-Linder Regional Airport in Florida, where he worked. He was last seen at work at approximately 6:30 p.m. on April 1, 2008. A few days later, his parents received a ransom note, but no further demands were made.

A few days later, his parents received a ransom note, but no further demands were made.  On January 31, 2012, Toby Holt was found guilty of manslaughter, extortion, and writing a threatening letter in connection with Wiles' disappearance. However, Wiles has not been found. Therefore, the FBI in Tampa, Florida is seeking information that will lead to the recovery of Wiles.

Robert Wiles was employed by the family owned business, Toledo-based National Flight Services, an aircraft maintenance company. Wiles was a business development manager at the company's branch in Lakeland, Florida. Wiles was a pilot, diver, fisherman, and an athlete.
