Lakeland, Florida -- The man Lakeland Police say jumped over a McDonald's counter and hit a manger with a baseball bat has turned himself in.
He was allegedly upset over bad service.

Police say 45-year-old Lucious Smith turned himself in on Friday. He's charged with Armed Burglary and Aggravated Battery and was booked into the Polk County Jail.
Investigators say on April 22nd, Smith was apparently passed over for service twice and got upset. He left the restaurant, and then returned a short time later with a baseball bat.
He allegedly jumped the counter and hit a manager in the ribs with the bat.
As he left the store, the suspect shouted, "All I wanted was some [expletive] food!"
The manager suffered minor injuries from the assault.
