Clearwater, Florida -- Two brothers face child sex charges after police say a girl revealed the two sexually assaulting her and her sister on numerous occasions.

Pinellas County detectives already had one of the brothers, Marsanti Martinez, in custody after he was extradited from Connecticut in early June on two counts of capital sexual battery on two brothers under the age of 12.

During their investigation, detectives received information and identified another possible victim, a 9-year-old girl. The girl told investigators in an interview that her younger sister had been sexually battered by Marsanti and that the same had been done to her by his brother, Omartin.

Investigators say the girls were assaulted on at least five occasions between September and November 2011 while Omartin was caring for the girls in the Clearwater area.

Detectives met with Omartin voluntarily on June 29 where they say he admitted to the crime. He has been charged with Capital Sexual Battery.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims for both of the men because they both had access to various children. Anyone with any information on this investigation is asked to call Detective Mark Kolenda of the Crimes Against Children Unit at 727-582-6200.
