WATCH: Boat caught on camera running red light in Clearwater

Clearwater, Florida -- A boat. Yes, a boat, was caught on the City of Clearwater's red light camera running a light at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Fort Harrison Avenue.

Clearwater Police say the self-powered boat is built on a car frame and is legal as long as it has the proper registration and working lights.

The City began using a red light camera at that intersection, as well as at two others, on July 31 as part of its Stop on Red campaign.
