TAMPA, Florida - After a heated protest and counter protest between various groups concerning limiting the type of groups that should be allowed to speak in public classrooms, school board members and even students weighted in on the issue.

The meeting coincided with 9/11 and a press conference outside opposing the teachings of radical Islam in pubic schools.

Inside the meeting members of the public were allowed to express their views in a more orderly environment.

Some school board members favor a less restrictive policy allowing individual schools and teachers to decide who is allowed to speak in their classrooms.
