TAMPA, Florida -- Alessi Bakery, a well-known Tampa establishment, is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The company said it's trying to reorganize its debt due to declining sales.
The restaurant and bakery is still open. It will celebrate its 100-year anniversary next month.
