The trailing cold front associated with an area of low pressure across the eastern U.S. has now moved into North Florida where it will stall out tonight and Wednesday. A southwesterly flow will continue ahead of the front, keeping a tropical airmass over the region.
This will result in scattered showers and storms overnight, and an 80% chance of rain on Wednesday with mostly cloudy skies. On Thursday, high pressure will move back into the area, returning us to a more typical diurnal pattern with more sun in the morning, followed by afternoon storms.
