Land O Lakes, Florida -- A Land O' Lakes man was killed late Saturday night after he crashed his Suzuki into a Ford Explorer.

Troopers say on Oct. 6 around 11 p.m., Robert Adam Szymanowski, III was riding west on SR-54 in the inside lane when he crashed into 20-year-old Kayla Ceglenski after she pulled her SUV into his path while trying to make a U-turn from the eastbound direction.

Unable to avoid the collision, the two collided head-on. Troopers say Szymanowski, 22, died at the scene of the crash. Ceglenski, of Montana, and her passenger were not injured in the crash.

Charges are pending.
