On Tuesday, Grady Judd embarked on his third term as the sheriff of Polk County. He was sworn in at a morning ceremony in Lakeland, taking the oath to protect the community.
Judd says in this next term, his focus is on protecting kids and even improving the lives of those he locks up.
Judd says the men and women in uniform are who truly make the sheriff's office a success.
