Tampa, FL-- Hillsborough deputies are currently searching for two suspects who robbed a local gas station of nearly $1,000 worth of cigarettes last month.
According to reports, the two walked into the Circle K gas station off the 5200 block of Sligh Ave. just before 8:30 p.m. on December 19.
One distracted the clerk as the other broke his way into a locked room and took multiple cartons of cigarettes.
The duo then left the gas station in what officials say was a "dark, 4-door vehicle."
The suspects have been described as follows:
Suspect 1
- Black Male
- Approximately 5'6"-5'8"
- 210-215 lbs
- Last seen wearing a white hat, white t-shirt and dark blue jeans
Suspect 2
- Black Male
- Approximately 5'9"-5'11"
- 160-175 lbs.
- Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, plaid jacket, a blue baseball cap and dark blue pants
