The heavier rain is now beginning to move east into interior sections of central Florida, but some patches of drizzle will remain in the area through the early afternoon hours. Winds are beginning to shift to the W and will eventually turn NW increasing this afternoon to 15-25 mph.
Temperatures will be steadily dropping this afternoon, falling through the 60s toward them mid 40s by tomorrow morning. The chilly air slowly rebounds by the weekend with highs going from the mid 60s Friday to low 70s Saturday and Sunday.
Today: Mostly cloudy, windy with showers and falling temperatures. Winds will be WNW 15-25 mph with gusts to near 30. Temperatures will fall through the 60s to the upper 50s by 6pm.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies with some clearing late. Winds will diminish, but will still blow WNW 10-15 mph. Lows will dip the mid 40s.
Friday: Partly cloudy skies with times of mostly cloudy skies. There is a small chance for a shower with highs in the mid 60s. Winds will be N-NE 10-15 mph.
