Todd "M.J." Schnitt takes the stand during a defamation lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge Clem
Tampa, Florida -- Radio personality Todd "M.J." Schnitt is back on the witness stand in Tampa's "shock jock trial." He's suing Bubba the Love Sponge Clem for defamation.
On Wednesday, Schnitt teared up at points while fielding questions on the stand from both his attorney and Bubba's.

Schnitt once again outlined some of the harassment that he and his family received from members of Bubba's Army. He said they'd be confronted and yelled at while they were out and about in town, and on one occasion, Schnitt said he truly felt in danger for his life when a car pulled up along side him while driving on the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
Schnitt says a man hung out the window yelling and that the driver then swerved toward him, forcing him onto the road's shoulder.
Schnitt also talked directly to the jury Wednesday, to tell them why they should rule that he and his wife have been harmed and defamed by Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.
Since then, Bubba's attorney has been cross-examining Schnitt. Bubba's side contends that as public figures, both Schnitt and his wife were fair game for any taunts and comments.
