Lakeland, Florida-- Two days after a 12-year-old boy was shot three times in a Lakeland drive-by shooting, police say they are offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the suspect(s).
According to officials, it was around 9 p.m. on Monday night when a dark colored SUV drove by the home off the 600 block of W 3rd St., and fired several shots.

Despite the fact that there were a total of 13 people in the home at the time, 12-year-old Aleek Saint-Aime was the only one injured.
The child's mother, Melissa Noel, told 10 News she believes the shooters may have intended to hit her 18-year-old nephew, who has spent time with a local gang in the past.
