Town 'N Country, Florida -- A Bay area man is facing numerous charges after Hillsborough County Sheriff's officials say he was driving drunk, crashed into a business, and ran from the scene.
Deputies have arrested 28-year-old Norman Isaac and say he faces charges including DUI with serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of a crash with injury.
Investigators say it all started when Isaac was speeding and lost control of his SUV while rounding a curve along Town 'N Country Boulevard, just off Memorial. He then crashed right into an accident clinic facility.
As his passenger laid unconscious inside the SUV, Isaac fled the scene. He was later found hiding behind a nearby dumpster.

Hess Spinal and Medical Center's office manager Lisa Pacheco said this is the second time a vehicle has hit the building. The first incident happened about two months ago, but the damage was not as bad. She said drivers often don't follow the 30 MPH sign along the curve in the road.
"I think people are just driving extremely fast, even during the day. So you can imagine at night if they can't see very well what's going to happen."
Pacheco said it's business as usual Wednesday, despite the damage. It's unclear how much it will cost to fix it all.
We're told the passenger from the SUV was taken to St. Joseph's with non-life threatening injuries.
