St. Petersburg, Florida -- A Haines City man was taken to Bayfront Medical Center Thursday after his truck's tire blew out while driving on the Howard Frankland Bridge.
FHP troopers say 28-year-old Ramon Flores was heading south on the bridge in the center lane when the left rear tire of his 2004 Ford pickup truck blew out.

He then lost control and hit the center barrier wall which deflected the truck back across the roadway and onto the outside shoulder. Once he traveled onto the shoulder, the truck hit the outside concrete barrier and overturned.
Troopers say Flores received minor injuries.
