Lakeland, Florida-- After months of investigating one of their own, Lakeland Police Chief Lisa Womack issued a release Wednesday saying they've come to a conclusion over the bra shaking incident involving an officer and an arrestee.

Dash cam video from a traffic stop on May 21, 2013 shows a questionable search method in which Lakeland Police Officer Dustin Fetz told 28-year-old Zoe Brugger to pull up her shirt, and flip her bra, not once, but twice.

The FBI investigated, and concluded Officer Fetz did nothing criminal during the stop.

Based on the FBI and Department's investigations, Chief Womack issued officer Fetz a one day suspension and he must complete re-training.
Zoe's stepfather, a retired criminal attorney, told 10 News he felt the ruling was "very unfortunate" and that Officer Fetz "got off easy" and used his power to "bully and terrorize Zoe."
