Tampa, Florida -- Major developments have been made in the case of a double murder that happened Thursday in Brandon.
An update from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office said Charles Martinez, the 24-year-old listed as a person of interest, turned himself in alongside his attorney around 4:00 Friday afternoon.

Officials took Martinez to be medically evaluated before taking him to jail for outstanding arrest warrants involving unrelated robbery and false imprisonment charges. He has not yet been charged in this case.
Officials also released the identity of one of the two women found inside the burned, Brandon apartment as 25-year-old Lindsay Nicole Greene. She lived at the home where the bodies were discovered.
As for the other victim, the medical examiner has not yet positively identified her. Officials said it could take several days to do so.
