Tampa, Florida -- It's a dream come true for 3-year-old Eva Cavaliere of Tampa.
She underwent a kidney transplant last year and now she's on anti-rejection medicine, which no longer allows her to play in the sun or with other children.
Thanks to The Children's Dream Fund and PlayNation Play Systems of Tampa, a swing set was installed which her family says she can now enjoy without those risks.
Eva's mother hopes this inspires people to become an organ donor, as it saved her daughter's life.
