PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- A man suspected of flashing students at school bus stops has been arrested, Port St. Lucie police report.
Port St. Lucie Police were investigating five incidents of lewd and lascivious acts near school bus stops.
Wednesday, police found a vehicle and suspect matching witness descriptions in the area where previous incidents happened.
Police arrested Michael Kirk, 24, on three felony counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and one misdemeanor count of loitering and prowling. Three victims identified the suspect as the person who committed the lewd act in a photo line-up.
During the interview with the suspect, the suspect admitted that he pleasures himself in his vehicle and/or while driving and it was possible someone may have seen him doing such.
The suspect was taken to the St. Lucie County Jail and is being held on $8,000 bond.
