MIAMI (AP) - A Spanish-language actor and frequent guest on the popular Univision show Sabado Gigante has been charged with possessing child pornography.

Adonis Losada, 45, was arrested Friday at his Miami Beach apartment, a police report said.

Boynton Beach and Miami Beach police requested a search warrant of Losada's home after investigators discovered a child porn image Losada allegedly sent to a social networking site. Police say they found 18 child porn images on Losada's home computer, including the one sent to the Web site.

A call to a home phone number listed for Losada was not answered Monday. It was not immediately known if Losada had posted bond or had an attorney.

The Cuban immigrant impersonates a grandmother Dona Concha on Sabado Gigante.
