Tampa, Florida - The state attorney's office is hoping to use surveillance video showing some of the murder of Cpl. Mike Roberts, who was killed near Nebraska Avenue and Arctic Street in August.
Tampa police say they got the tape from a nearby store, Simo Stone. They say it shows the whole murder. Humberto Delgado, Jr., is accused of killing Cpl. Roberts back in August.
Delgado remains in jail.
There is a hearing about the surveillance video next month.
