Bradenton, Florida -- Deputies have arrested a babysitter on charges he molested a 7-year-old child at his home.
Charged with one count of Capital Sexual Battery is Donald E. Downs, 71 in South Manatee County.
Investigators said Downs was an acquaintance of the family and occasionally would babysit. They said the child told them Downs would remove the boy's clothing and perform oral sex.
Downs was arrested without incident and booked into the Manatee County jail.
