Detectives head to Louisiana to interview recovering teen

Hillsborough County, Florida -- Hillsborough County Sheriff's detectives are heading to Lafayette, Louisiana to attempt an interview with Ashley Lyon who remains hospitalized.

Ashley Lyon is the teen from Valrico who was found in Lafayette after traveling 41-year-old Steven Myers. Myers stabbed Lyon multiple times and she is in serious but stable condition.

Detectives have obtained an additional arrest warrant for Myers charging him with five counts of Using a Computer/Electronics (Cell Phone) to seduce and solicit a minor child for sex.

The warrant will be served on Myers who is currently being held in a Lafayette Louisiana County jail.

Prosecutors in Louisiana and Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office will confer with each other and make the determination on when Myers is brought back to Tampa.
